Luz Martinez
Our team at Master Landcare is led by Luz Martinez, she is tasked with handling all administrative aspects of operation. Our health and safety committee will often consult with Mrs. Martinez on technical detail and protocol. She earned her undergraduate studies at SJCC and pursued her nursing degree at West-Med Shool. She holds additional cert’s in CPR/ECC, IV Therapy/Blood Withdrawal, CNA, CA/EDRS. Luz has held posts for the City of Fremont as a case manager, Executive nurse at CISCO Systems, Primary and FLU Care at Kaiser, Telederm Consulting in Conjunction with Standord School of Medecine/ Redwood City Campus.
Edward Andrade
At the helm of all our daily activities is Edward Andrade who originally started as an account manager and quickly rose the ranks to Senior Operations Manager. Mr. Andrade possesses an outstanding quality in terms of customer care and in managing staff and projects in an efficient and effective manner. He brings to ML 5 years of senior management experience at Aramark Corp. He began his coursework in electrical engineering at transitioned in to the law enforcement sector early in his education and settled into management roles. He is accreditted and certified in irrigation hydraulics and engineering with emphasis on auditing and construction.
Jim Tiliano
Carrying out the role of Senior Account Manager in the capacity of VP, Director and Board Member in the landscape industry is Jim Tiliano, very active in the day to day operations from negotiating SLA’s to hand-picking trash from the parking lots; he loves working side by side with his peers. With a strong emphasis on budgets and finance, Jim brings over 20 years of experience to ML. He attended SJCC, SJSU and eventually earned his systems engineering cert’s from Cal Berkely Extension in San Francisco. His certs include QAL, Irrigation Auditor/QWEL, C-27, Bay-Friendly, Irrigation Design, RCV-Tech. He has served as VP, Director and Board Member in the landscape industry.
Bella Barba
Miss Barba leads our firm as the director of sales. She’s responsible for contract procurement and is tasked with closing the loop for our pipeline sales. She works closely with account management and marketing team. Bella attended SJCC for her undergraduate studies and earned her science degree in the study of Diagnostic Medical Sonography with emphasis in CARDIO/VASCULAR/GYNO. She holds additional cert’s in CPR/ECC.
Jimmy Anthony
The newest addition to ML is Jimmy Anthony and concurrently serves in the capacity of Quality Assurance Manager and forms the cohort of the safety committee. His role ensures the quality of services rendered at client sites, chemical applications; as well as making sure employees follow all PPE and safety guidelines. He is a recent high school graduate, but already holds a State of California license as a Pharmacy Tech and is a candiadate for the National Board Exam. He holds additional cert’s as a irrigation design specialist and master remote control valve technician.
Mr. Spongebob
We are happy to introduce our CHO (Certified Happy Officer). Mr. Spongebob is tasked with maintaining a happy culture and positive work environment for our team. However, he tends to make off with our lunch from time-to-time and gets away with longer breaks. Not surprised, as his mom is the Boss!
